WHO WE ARE
We are a privately owned, non-governmental company engaged in calculating your accurate release date from a State or Federal correctional facility.
Calculating accurate release dates is a complex process requiring complete information about your sentence and careful analysis of applicable court records, including written plea agreements, sentencing orders, and other applicable orders, and applicable administrative rules. Also, calculating inmate release dates requires consideration of many variables including multiple convictions, multiple sentences, differences in misdemeanor and felony time, suspended time, concurrent and consecutive time, credit for good behavior, and credit for time served.
If you are incarcerated in jail or prison by a State government, you will have received a release date calculated by the Sheriff or the State Department of Corrections (DOC). If you are incarcerated in a jail or prison by the Federal government, you will have received a release date calculated by the United States Marshals Service or the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
In both cases, the government has decided when to release you. All parties involved in determining your sentence, including your attorney, the prosecutor, the Court, and the alleged victims, do not calculate and do not know your actual release date.
The Court, the prosecutor, and the victims do not have any interest in providing you an accurate release date. In fact, if they are interested at all, they are interested in providing you the latest date— and the longest possible sentence.
Your attorneys have various fiduciary duties to you, but these duties often end at sentencing, at noting an appeal, or are beyond the scope of their engagement agreement with you. Attorneys are not engaged in the business of calculating accurate release dates.
WHAT WE DO
We gather and process information about you and your sentence. We calculate your release date accurately, discreetly, and quickly. We send you a final report of our conclusions in writing (the Final Report).
This process is a cooperative effort between you and us. You, or your family member or friend, will have to sign our engagement letter and deliver payment of our fee. You will need to complete a questionnaire and sign various releases of information.
We will communicate with you, or someone you designate, only. We only communicate in writing by e-mail unless you specifically request that we send our Final Report to you by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
WHERE WE DO IT
We operate remotely and virtually, and we maintain all records electronically. Our method reduces your costs and decreases our response time.
WHEN WE DO IT
We start working on your release date as soon as we receive (1) a signed agreement and (2) payment from you, your family member, or your friend. The amount of time required to collect the information we require to make our calculations varies from case to case; however, we can usually collect what we need, analyze your specific sentencing information, and prepare and deliver our written report, our Final Report, to you within thirty (30) days.
WHY WE DO IT
You are not responsible for errors committed by the Court, the Sheriff, the DOC, the United States Marshals Service, or the BOP. You have State and Federal constitutional rights to serve only the time required by law. We are not interested in the question of guilt or innocence—only in the soonest release date for you. Freedom is a terrible thing to waste.
WHAT WE DO NOT DO
We are not a law firm, and we:
DO NOT PROVIDE LEGAL ADVICE.
DO NOT REPRESENT YOU IN COURT.
DO NOT FILE APPEALS OR PETITIONS FOR WRITS OF HABEAS CORPUS.
DO NOT SHARE OUR CONCLUSIONS OR OUR FINAL REPORT WITH THE GOVERNMENT OR THE PUBLIC.
DO NOT VISIT YOU.
